Scouting allows youth the opportunity to have fun with friends, earn trust and respect, learn that they are capable of doing things and solving problems on their own all while preparing for real life and developing resilience in a top-of-the-line outdoor program.

Every Scout has the chance to have a leadership position in the Troop.

Weekly meeting are usually used to work on a viariety of things which can include rank advancement, event preparation, merit badge work, games, patrol meetings, and group learning.
